Hello! I'm Stef Wild.

I've been helping people from all walks of life gain strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and confidence in the capabilities of their bodies and minds for over 17 years.


I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher, and experienced Barre Instructor. My background as a professional dancer has inspired me to live a life of beautiful movement and health, and I can't wait to help you do the same!


My online studio, 'Workin' With Stef' is more than just a fitness program! It's an active community dedicated to wellbeing practices for longevity, body confidence, and enjoyment.
