Hello! I'm Stef Wild.

I've been helping people from all walks of life gain strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and confidence in the capabilities of their bodies and minds for over 17 years.

I'm obsessed with all kinds of movement and have been coaching it for over 17 years. 
Starting out as a dance teacher training both competitive and recreational students in ballet, jazz, and tap, I then went on to have a career as a professional dancer myself. Working in such a physically and mentally demanding career meant I had to learn ways outside of my performances on stage to care for and maintain a strong body and mind. It was here that I found Pilates and Yoga practices and fell in love with the methods. 

I now have been sharing my love of movement with others as a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor, and Yoga teacher for over a decade. 

I simply love witnessing the incredible transformation that consistent practice in these methods can bring into people's lives, and can't wait to share my method with you!

My superpower is creating workouts that are enjoyable.

Just like the fun and flow of the art of dance, my movement practices are designed to keep you enjoying your fitness journey, which in turn, means you have the motivation to keep showing up and putting in the practice. 

Not only are my movement practices fun by design, they are also effective. By training across multiple styles, your body and mind benefit from cross-training and your results are less likely to plateau.

From the flexibility gained in vinyasa yoga practices, the core strength obtained in Pilates classes, the muscular endurance in firey barre workouts, the coordination learned in Dance sessions, or the metabolism-boosting effects of functional strength training sessions, your body benefits from it all.
I've even recorded guided meditations to help your mindset and restorative yoga practices to help you recover between sessions. 

I'm proud to have helped thousands of people from all over the world and from all walks of life move beautifully and live confidently through my classes and programs.
